I had a great experience working with Brooke at Shaheen Cadillac. I initially brought my XT5 in for repairs because my AC was not working, along with a few sensor issues. I know she is the service advisor and not the technician, but she made the whole process much easier. She kept me informed, explained what was going on, and worked with my extended warranty to help move everything along. I also brought my vehicle back a few days later for an oil change, and Brooke was just as helpful and professional then too. I really appreciated her communication, follow through, and how easy she made the service experience.

I liked the ease of scheduling my appointment on-line. Although I live very close to another Chevrolet dealership, I chose Shaheen initially because the other dealer was not open on Saturday. I then scheduled for Monday. My appointment was confirmed by phone and also email. However, when I arrived - 3 minutes late, there were 3 cars ahead of me. Someone came out and told me there was a scheduling mishap and that they were short handed. He also quickly adjusted the time on my dashboard to daylight savings time. They made arrangements to get me in to another bay after a half hour wait. That said, the person who worked on my vehicle was super efficient; I could see everything was a team effort. And although, all-told it was one hour from start to finish, I left with a flower (yes, as a woman I love flowers) and a smile on my face.

Got to their “instant” oil change center before 1 pm wasn’t out until after 3:30. Only 1 non-appointment lane open. Then said cooling system was fine but when I asked about it told me coolant was very low but they couldn’t fill it there. I complained non-dealer places did, so why would I ever come back there and then they agreed to go to their service department and get some to fill it. Then when I asked to have wiper blades changed they didn’t have the right wiper size there either and had to go back to the service dept for part. The tech who waited on me was very apologetic and I wholeheartedly give him 5 stars. I blame the problems here on service management. This was most likely my last time there.

Pretty disappointed with the staff and their communication (besides the women in the waiting room at the desk, she was wonderful). I had an appointment for 3 o’clock, they left me sitting in my car for about 30 minutes without addressing me or letting me know how long my wait would for my APPOINTMENT. After getting out of my car and coming inside despite the signs asking to “remain in your vehicle” to find out what was going on they then took my car around back and rushed my service because they could see how upset I was.

As soon as you walk in to the dealership you can see the difference in atmosphere. Unlike other dealerships where the service department is toxic, the service department is extremely professional, dedicated, and service oriented. At this point is looks like they fixed an issue that was misdiagnosed at another dealership. Very pleased with my service and shuttle experience.

We were treated unbelievably well. Our 2024 Terrain transmission went out. We bought it at Crippen, they said they didn’t have a mechanic to repair it, and they would take it to a Shaheen mechanic. After weeks of not getting real answers, not getting our calls and texts answered, our car finally was taken to Shaheen. Less than two days, and constant updates from Payton our car was repaired. The mechanic Randy, even talked to us explaining what the problem was and how the repair was done. Five stars aren’t enough for our experience with Shaheen.

On my recent service visit, here's what happened. My advisor was Jason Jones. He listened intently to what I was there for. He asked questions when he didn’t fully ascertain what the problem was. From that point, the car was taken. I received a shuttle ride back home, received texts as to what the status was or if they required more information on what the issue was and then when it was completed, brought my car back to my home. It was a smooth process. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Shaheen’s over 2 decades. From their sales personnel, to financing, oil changes and service department, I have never had any complaints. Thanks for a first class act Shaheen’s!

Worst service department I've ever experienced. Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and MPV inspection. Expected a $39.95 bill and was told it would take less than an hour. Got a text telling me I needed a $130 wheel alignment. No one called and explained why or how long it would take, just a text. Reluctantly I approved the alignment. Very poor communication between the service area and oil/tire group. After waiting 45 minutes after alignment was completed I still didn't have my vehicle. When I checked again to see why the delay (I had to make several trips between the two service areas) I found out they were doing a software update for a recall. No one asked if I wanted this done $170 and two and a half hours later I got my vehicle. This is the third time I've had an issue with them. Will be taking my Equinox to another GM dealer for all future maintenance.

I was treated very poorly after asking if I could use my grandmothers coupon. Which , they could’ve said no I still had the money but then I was treated as if I was about to run off or something. I was asked to get out my car and pay. I’ve never had to do that and the lady never closed my hood until it was time to pull out. Idk what that was about but I didn’t appreciate that. I will not be back for anything.

Erick was super helpful during all parts of the process - test drive, inspecting the car inside and out, paperwork, and all explanations. Ryan made the payment process super fast too. Ended up needing to take it back in a couple days as a bolt had come loose so there was something rattling. Erick connected me to Chase in the service department to get an appointment quick.

My cashier was great! She was very pleasant, personable, informative and helpful!! My paperwork indicates that I have a service advisor; however, he never identified himself, never "advised" me about my vehicle, didn't have me sign to authorize service to my vehicle....nothing! I signed authorizing service of vehicle with the cashier after the service was complete. An unidentified man did approach me when I was walking away from the cashier with an offer to purchase my vehicle...this was presented in an unprofessional manner. The only reason I scored this survey as high as I did was because I have had previous experience with Shaheen and MY CASHIER WAS PRETTY DARN AWESOME!!!!

I brought in my 2013 Jeep Patriot for some general up keep, and Andrew W. was very helpful. He sent me a list of things that needed attention now and other parts that were going to need work. Andrew also suggested some services for the age of the vehicle that should be done. All the work I asked to have done was completed in a timely manner and parts didn’t take long to get, even though it wasn’t a GM vehicle.

Being a customer here for over 9 years, the customer service remains exceptional and that staff has always been, and continues to be, very helpful and sincere. Between Quick Lube and the Service Department, there was excellent communication and team work. They also went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was able to schedule the service appointment before I had to be to work, they provided me with a rental car, and called me with updates on the status of my car throughout the day. My car was finished by the time I was out of work. My three-year old daughter was the happiest though because she got to choose her own flower. Thanks again for everything you guys and girls did (and continue to do) for us! Your hard work and kindness does not go unnoticed.
