Absolutely terrible customer service in service dept. No one is on same page, willing to lie and just get quiet when you point out you're being lied to. Unwilling to document that the gave up and were unable to address concerns. They just want to give car back. Avoid at all costs.

This car was the second my family has purchased from Shaheen and we returned to the dealership specifically because our previous experience was excellent. This time was no different. Keith Walters was a wonderful sales associate: knowledgeable, patient, kind, and attentive to what we were looking for in a vehicle. He went above and beyond, and past closing time, to assist us, and we are thrilled with our car. Ryan Faber was a huge help when we handled financing and the details of our contract, also staying past closing time to assist us and taking the time to make sure we understood the details.

I understand why my friends recommended Shaheen. The customer service was fantastic, and the office had a good atmosphere (friendliness and care from the moment I got to the door and through the process). They worked to find me the best rate, were very straightforward about options and alternatives, and more. Car was also very clean and ran well.
