On my recent service visit, here's what happened. My advisor was Jason Jones. He listened intently to what I was there for. He asked questions when he didn’t fully ascertain what the problem was. From that point, the car was taken. I received a shuttle ride back home, received texts as to what the status was or if they required more information on what the issue was and then when it was completed, brought my car back to my home. It was a smooth process. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Shaheen’s over 2 decades. From their sales personnel, to financing, oil changes and service department, I have never had any complaints. Thanks for a first class act Shaheen’s!

Went in recently for routine oil change and tire rotation. They discovered two screws in one tire and a hole in another one. They were able to fix both with no charge. They were thorough, quick, and friendly. I also appreciate a woman serviced my vehicle and she was not the only woman in the garage. They also took the time to show me how to use my GM points. Would highly recommend!
