I was a first-time buyer, and he answered all my questions, helped me with my documents, was very patient with me, was extremely accommodating, and delivered the vehicle. Really above and beyond! I understand why my friends recommended Shaheen. The customer service was fantastic, and the office had a good atmosphere (friendliness and care from the moment I got to the door and through the process). They worked to find me the best rate, were very straightforward about options and alternatives, and more. Car was also very clean and ran well. Highly recommend and very excited to have my first car (Subaru club)!
