While traveling for work, I found myself with a DEF issue on my 2016 Colorado diesel that I purchased used from Shaheen a couple years prior. Called them and they were able to schedule me in that morning and expedite the process knowing that I would have to wait for it. Matt explained the flat diagnostic fee to me and when it came time to check out I was pleasantly surprised that the issue was resolved with no additional charges.

My wife and I had the best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership tonight. From the moment we walked in the door until the time we left we were listened to, guided, and offered knowledge about the car buying process. Richie went above and beyond for me and my wife to make sure we walked away with our dream vehicle for us and our first baby on the way. He was personable, accommodating, and honest. He even stayed after hours to make sure we were taken care. My wife and him shared many stories about life and although that is not a part of his job description it made the process a lot less stressful and made her at ease. I can’t say enough good things about him. Troy and Ryan were also great and super helpful and full of insight. The whole Shaheen family was great from start to finish and made tonight one of the best nights of my wife’s life as she was able to get the car she has always dreamed of.
