I had a great experience working with Brooke at Shaheen Cadillac. I initially brought my XT5 in for repairs because my AC was not working, along with a few sensor issues. I know she is the service advisor and not the technician, but she made the whole process much easier. She kept me informed, explained what was going on, and worked with my extended warranty to help move everything along. I also brought my vehicle back a few days later for an oil change, and Brooke was just as helpful and professional then too. I really appreciated her communication, follow through, and how easy she made the service experience.

Robin was great! She was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles I was interested in (Equinox & Trailblazer). She went above and beyond what I expected and ultimately helped me choose the car that was perfect for me.
