I had never had a vehicle serviced at a dealership before. I had never had a new enough vehicle before. But this was great! The customer service agent was polite and helpful. The service was really quick. And they still have a phone number to call and speak with a real human to setup the appointment was maybe the best part. Highly satisfied!!!

I am not usually one to write a review, but I want to express how great of an experience I had with my salesman, Tyler Howe, at Shaheen in Lansing. I ordered a Chevy Trax, to my liking, about six months ago; it was a long wait. Tyler kept me updated about the whereabouts of my new Trax, and along the way, he ensured I was doing what I needed to with my current lease. When my car reached Lansing, Tyler got me in the same day, walked me through the buying process, and eased my mind the entire way. The day my car was delivered to Lansing, I took ownership. Tyler helped make this day possible, helping me build the perfect vehicle from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with Tyler and his patience with me. When I got my car, we sat in it, and he went over everything with me; he was very knowledgeable about all my new car's gadgets. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The paperwork was quick and easy, and I drove off the lot feeling confident and excited about my new purchase. If anyone is in the market for a car, give Tyler Howe a shout. He goes above and beyond and makes the experience a great one. I am truly grateful for having had the opportunity to have him guide me through my car-buying journey and create such a positive experience. I look forward to many happy miles in my new Trax.

I bought my car here which I love, and my salesman was amazing. Zach worked hard to help me find my vehicle and made sure that I was happy with my choice. He communicated with me every step of the way answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. If I had any issues they made things right. I'm very happy as a result and will be a lifelong customer! I got my first complimentary oil change/tire rotation since I bought it and they really do a great job. They give you a flower after the service, what a nice touch!!! I highly recommend Zach and Shaheen Chevrolet dealership as it has been the best experience I've had in my 25 years buying vehicles. Zach I appreciate you and the hard working service staff!
