My experience at Shaheen was genuinely delightful. From the moment I walked in, everyone made eye contact and smiled, creating a sincere and pleasant atmosphere. Even those I wasn't directly working with contributed to the friendly environment. The waiting room was cozy and spacious. And the receptionists were both very kind. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Lucas and David Medoza, both of whom were warm and professional. They truly knew their stuff, keeping things simple and easy to understand, which made me feel confident and well-informed throughout the sale. The entire process was smooth and efficient, meeting all my needs without any delays. Rob was personable and great to work with, going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I am appreciative of the customer service and super duper happy about my new purchase!

2 stars only because of the amount of clean nice used vehicles they have on the lot. Roger Hicks was nice and decent throughout the process until he heard we had our own financing and declined the offer to have the dealership do it. Hardly any words were spoken after this doing paper work, then came the time to discuss the agreement on the price of the vehicle. As most do I tried to negotiate a price that I felt was right for me and also them. He immediately got the sales manager Mike Herhold and after their discussions Mike became very hostile and aggressive about the situation and instead of working with me, he just deducted the add ons that they put on with out even asking me and not the price of the vehicle. I negotiated more. Mike Herhold then looked my wife in the eyes 6-8 inches away ( mind you I was purchasing the vehicle) and asked “ ARE YOU MAD AT YOUR MONEY?!” Luckily for them I loved the truck I was looking at and purchased it. If it had not been that truck I would’ve walked the second he said that to my wife. Way below the professionalism standard that I have been given while working with other businesses and dealerships. If that’s the way the top of the chain operates i can see why Roger has very little to no people/sales skills. Be aware and if youre directed to those individuals I would recommend asking for another sales member to increase your opportunity for a great experience.
