Micah was awesome; however I would have preferred to not have to wait in my vehicle when being serviced. And in doing so, I found it very unprofessional to have to listen to vulgar language by your team while waiting in my vehicle. That’s not the place when you have customers within earshot.

We had an outstanding experience working with Rueben. From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, taking time to answer all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He clearly knew the vehicle we came to see (equinox ev) and explained everything with patience and clarity. What really stood out was the friendly and low-pressure approach. We never felt pushed into anything. Instead, he guided us through the process and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our choices.
