The service staff at Shaheen Chevrolet are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I delight in bringing my vehicle to Shaheen Chevrolet. Even though, I am no longer leasing from the dealership, as I bought an older model car out right, I return to the dealership for service, such as oil changes, etc. In my assessment, no other automotive business offers such great service that your dealership affords me. Your prices are reasonable too! Thank you!

My wife Lori and I had a great experience when purchasing our new vehicle. Our salesman Zack Fouts was friendly and informative, but not pushy. We purchased two vehicles this past summer, one from Shaheen Chevrolet and one from another dealership. We wanted to get both from Shaheen, but the other place wouldn't dealer trade the vehicle. The difference between the two was night and day. Shaheen's sales and service have been great. I can't say that for the other dealership. Thanks to all at Shaheen for everything. Mark Krieger

I was interested in purchasing a new car which the dealership had on their lot. Expecting a price quote above MRSP and a miserable negotiation process, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. John Rausch did a wonderful job helping me with the purchase. He was very friendly and professional, and he found discounts I qualified for that I was not aware of. Altogether, I had a very positive experience with the whole team. I had interactions with two other Chevrolet dealerships in the Greater Lansing area over the past eight years. If I consider another Chevrolet vehicle in the future Shaheen Chevrolet would be the first place for me to contact.
