A minor collision took me to Shaheen's to see if they still had a '23 Malibu I'd actually researched online a couple of weeks prior, which looked perfect for what I now suddenly needed. The vehicle was still on the lot, and Dave Hanna was wonderful to work with. Not having purchased a car in 12 years, I appreciated the patience and thoroughness with which he explained everything from inspection reports to new features and coverages. He arranged a test drive and then walked me through the reams of paperwork that go with a purchase, providing careful explanations for every page. Very impressed with the excellence displayed throughout the whole process, which also turned out to be amazingly fast. Kudos to Dave and Shaheen’s for a five-star experience!
