People are very friendly here! Bought a car from them this year and nothing was high pressure. Felt comfortable the whole time. I like thier service department as well. The waiting room is nice and the shuttle is a great option if you have something that takes a longer appointment. Ann who works customers service in the service department is so friendly!

My wife had a 1:00pm appointment to have your tires changed out and a oil change it was after 3:00pm and they had still not gotten the car done three people were sitting around looking at a Corvette and one person was doing the work on my wife's car so much for making an appointment. They did not charger her for the tires being changed to make up for it

This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Shaheen. My salesperson Isaiah Mares, was incredible. He made sure that all of our questions were answered regarding our vehicle. Not once did I fell that awkward used car salesman stereotype that people encounter. Nor did I feel pressured at all to buy a vehicle. He let us move at our pace, and was amazing on following up with phone calls. He made sure that we were completely comfortable when we made our purchase.
