Lucas Ejak was AMAZING!! I originally had appt w someone else. He checked and came and helped me right away. He could sense I wanted to be in, out and done. He did just that and went above and beyond for more!! I did not have to really do anything, he handled it all!!! Very smooth, fast, prompt and he remained very polite, fun, and extremely knowledgeable!!! You can tell he truly cares about his customers and we aren't just numbers to him!! Very nice young man and I hope he's blessed beyond belief for all he does. He strives to do and be better, that goes a long way!! Especially in today's world. 2 stars only because of the amount of clean nice used vehicles they have on the lot. Roger Hicks was nice and decent throughout the process until he heard we had our own financing and declined the offer to have the dealership do it. Hardly any words were spoken after this doing paper work, then came the time to discuss the agreement on the price of the vehicle. As most do I tried to negotiate a price that I felt was right for me and also them. He immediately got the sales manager Mike Herhold and after their discussions Mike became very hostile and aggressive about the situation and instead of working with me, he just deducted the add ons that they put on with out even asking me and not the price of the vehicle. I negotiated more. Mike Herhold then looked my wife in the eyes 6-8 inches away ( mind you I was purchasing the vehicle) and asked “ ARE YOU MAD AT YOUR MONEY?!” Luckily for them I loved the truck I was looking at and purchased it. If it had not been that truck I would’ve walked the second he said that to my wife. Way below the professionalism standard that I have been given while working with other businesses and dealerships. If that’s the way the top of the chain operates i can see why Roger has very little to no people/sales skills. Be aware and if youre directed to those individuals I would recommend asking for another sales member to increase your opportunity for a great experience.

I had been searching for a particular car and model for about 4 months and came across a vehicle that fit my needs on Cars.com. It happened to be from Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing , Michigan while I was located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I sent the automated message on Cars.com requesting more information on this vehicle and received a phone call within 5 minutes. from the Used Car Manager. He stated that he would have one of their sales agents call me back which, again, happened in less than 5 minutes. The Agent was Christopher Paulik. Chris sent me a ton of information on the car and was very informative and helpful. when I decided that this was the car that fit our needs I had to start planning how to travel to Lansing to pick it up. I flew into Grand Rapids, Mi and Chris drove down to pick me up. It is a one hour drive each way and I very much appreciated that he would take the time and effort. The transaction was smooth and quick and everyone was very friendly. Chris was great at explaining all of the items and even helped me set up some features on the car. While i was finalizing the transaction with the Finance Manager, Chris fueled up the car so that it would be ready to go. He had also recommended the Zurich protection package which includes a ceramic layer. Everything was as had been advertised and I am very happy with this purchase.

The vehicle was still on the lot, and Dave Hanna was wonderful to work with.
