John Rausch was such an incredible salesman! I sold my car to you guys through John in December 2023, and he was able to help me out a lot with that! This purchase this year (Jan 2025), he took care of me the best way he could as far as discounts and such! Truly a good man and very thankful for him and his dedication to taking care of the customer. I had a very pleasant experience with Doug as my salesman at Shaheen. He was very patient and gave me lots of options and recommendations. He was also very honest about the cars as well, and I was able to find a 2023 Malibu that I have been thrilled with. I sold my car to Shaheen. Steve Jackson, the used car director was able to offer me their best after I sent photos and the vehicle information over the phone. I brought it in a few days later to him to officially sell it and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. Very quick process and I thank Steve for giving me the best deal and making it so efficient! If I ever go to a dealership again (specifically Chevy) I'll be coming back to Shaheen for sure.
