Shaheen Chevrolet was extremely helpful today. I came in to get my vehicle appraised and to get some numbers on a lease, and when they ran the CarFax in my car, it came up with a branded title. My title was green, and they helped me work through the steps to contacting CarFax and Secretary of State, to find out why this was. Special thanks to Zackary Fouts for working with me even after I left the dealership.

The service advisor was friendly. My car was fixed within one business day. The text app feature for updates did not work well. I couldn’t get a response when I replied to the text. The only negative about the service was I also had the oil changed and there were specific instructions that the psi was to be left as is on my tires and the oil change techs did not pay attention to that note and my psi was changed. Also, the filters needed to be changed, I approved those via the text app and they were not changed. I was happy with the service I received.

Shaheen is the latest business to jump on the ... We love our customers. We value our customers. We would do anything for customer service. But we're going to pass on the 3% cost of credit cards to our customers. This to me and most people screams you don't care for customer service you don't care for customers I can remotely understand a small mom and pop restaurant passing this charge on to the customer because their profit margins and costs are so thin but but here you are with very High profit margins to begin with and you expect customers to come in with $2,000 in cash to pay for a service repair or get charged a 3% fee because you don't want to take a credit card. It's despicable and it's nickel and diming your customers. Do better Shaheen or at least walk your talk! PS the service workers in the repair shop were excellent is just the Management's poor decisions and policies that I'm frustrated with

Zack and the team were absolutely amazing! They work with you and truly believe in finding the best vehicle for you and your checkbook! I love my new Traverse and all the features; which Zack took time to make sure I knew how to use and that everything was set up before letting driving off! Not my first rodeo with dealerships/leases/purchases, but by far the best experience I’ve had. I would recommend them as a first pick. If they don’t have it, they can get it! You wont be disappointed.
