I had been searching for a particular car and model for about 4 months and came across a vehicle that fit my needs on Cars.com. It happened to be from Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing , Michigan while I was located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I sent the automated message on Cars.com requesting more information on this vehicle and received a phone call within 5 minutes. from the Used Car Manager. He stated that he would have one of their sales agents call me back which, again, happened in less than 5 minutes. The Agent was Christopher Paulik. Chris sent me a ton of information on the car and was very informative and helpful. when I decided that this was the car that fit our needs I had to start planning how to travel to Lansing to pick it up. I flew into Grand Rapids, Mi and Chris drove down to pick me up. It is a one hour drive each way and I very much appreciated that he would take the time and effort. The transaction was smooth and quick and everyone was very friendly. Chris was great at explaining all of the items and even helped me set up some features on the car. While i was finalizing the transaction with the Finance Manager, Chris fueled up the car so that it would be ready to go. He had also recommended the Zurich protection package which includes a ceramic layer. Everything was as had been advertised and I am very happy with this purchase.
