I could not be more pleased with the service at Shaheen Chevrolet. Everyone I had dealings with at the dealership starting with reception to my salesman and finance were very helpful and professional. Shaheen Chevrolet is a well oiled machine. They managed to complete my whole transaction in only half a day. That is amazing.

Our first time buying a vehicle from any dealer was here. They basically sold us a lemon. 3 months in it had coolant and engine overheating and oil leaks. 3 out of 4 tires all had patches in them and 1 tire had 3 patches in that one. I was trying to see if they would negotiate the buying price even just 5$ lower and I was rudely told if he took 5$ off he would be out of business. Proceeded to buy it anyway. Vehicle ended up getting in a wreck. We even had gap insurance for it but Shaheen or gap insurance wasn't paying their due of any of it. It went out for over a year and some how we still owe on gap insurance to this day because their end isn't pushing through or whatever it needs to be done. I do not recommend buying here.

I’ve been buying GM products for over 40 years, and I can honestly say Jack is 'The Man.' My last car was a 2020 Equinox, and this time I upgraded to the 2026 Equinox EV. The leap in technology is absolutely incredible—from the massive 17.7-inch screen to the smooth electric drive, it feels like a total revolution compared to my last one. Just like last time, Jack was zero-pressure. Even when we were narrowing down exactly what we wanted, he was patient and found the perfect match. If you’re in Lansing and looking for a Chevy, go see Jack. This is the first I dealt with Shaheen and the experience was the best I have had.
