I would highly recommend Shaheen Chevrolet! They were so kind and courteous to myself and my family! We dealt with Jordan Schmaltz! They were so nice when my younger children came in ( he even let them play with a few toy cars he had!) We just bought our second car from Sam Eddy at Shaheen. We had an excellent experience. He went above and beyond to help find every dollar of rebates and discounts available to help getting our price down, as well as getting us above top dollar for our trade. The truck we traded in was the same model as the new one, except older. The accessories, such as, bed cover and running boards were the same size. He had the service department remove my old ones and reinstall them on my new one, saving us literally a couple thousand dollars. Thank you for all of your help.

She was attentive and addressed my questions and my concerns, and I never felt pressured whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I experienced an issue with my vehicle, which my right-hand mirror inexplicably became loose, while in transit to work. I quickly called Emily and explained my plight, and she advised me what to do next. She stayed in contact with me during the process of ascertaining a solution, and in a short amount of time, my dilemma was resolved. I had the pleasure of working with Tobbie Lansdell (forgive me if I misspelled) . He was great . Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased inside and out ! A 2025 Chevy trax . One week in I’m loving the car and everything about it compact size great gas mileage overall one of my proudest purchases of my 32 years on this earth . Tobbie let me know all options available but never pressured me into getting things I didn’t want , just to line his pocket . A true master of customer service , I left feeling like I got the best deal I could have got and will be back in 5 years to purchase a new vehicle . Also set me up with Gabrielle to have my windows cleaned inside and out of the vehicle . Gabriel was great had good conversation and went above and behind and even took a minute and a half to quick vacuum the car out . I recently had an auto insurance claim. Starting with Rob Husulak my Diversified Insurance Commercial Account Manager who processed my claim promptly. Next Auto-Owners right away gave me a call with my claim number saying it was Ok to proceed with my repair. Brought my vehicle to Shaheen Chevy collision where they wrote the Auto owner estimate and set up a time for the repairs. They did a beautiful job on my vehicle! Enterprise car rental picked me up and provided a nice vehicle while mine was repaired. When picking up my car I could leave the rental with Shaheen for Enterprise to pickup. The level of coordination between all 4 parties was awesome and made my experience as pain free and convenient as it possibly could be. An A+ to all 4 companies for a job well done!

There is just something about walking out to a new truck at the end of a long work day!!! My day was filled with meetings and testing new software at my work so it didn't leave me much time to pick up the truck. Christopher Paulik Came out and delivered it right to my normal parking spot!! Talk about amazing customer service!! You won't find dedication, commitment or tenacity like that anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and step into luxury level customer service and step into a quality pre-owned vehicle. I will never shop anywhere else! Working with Lenny to purchase my new truck was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Lenny to anyone, and in the future if I was ever looking to buy another vehicle, I would definitely return to Shaheen and work with Lenny again. From the first visit to the dealership to the day I purchased my truck, everything was seamless. We visited the dealership on Saturday and test drove a truck I thought I wanted. We took some time to think about it and look into insurance. On Sunday, we decided to go with a different truck with a few more options. Lenny was extremely helpful answering any questions during the process, the availability of texting with Lenny was very helpful with my work schedule during the week before I was able to return the the dealership for the final paperwork too. I was able to start the process Monday via phone/text with Lenny and I never felt rushed or pressured during the process. After making my decision on the truck I wanted on Sunday and not being able to get back to the dealership until Friday, I wasn’t worried that my truck wouldn’t be available by then after letting Lenny know that was the truck I wanted to purchase. Lenny had everything set and ready when we came in Friday to complete the purchase. A quick test drive Friday and on to paperwork! Working with finance was quick and easy as well, and thanks to Lenny we had no additional questions or surprises once we got to that point. I am completely satisfied with my purchase as well as the trade in of my previous truck and had a great experience through the entire process at Shaheen. We love my new diesel Trail Boss! Thank you!!

After my boyfriend had a terrible buying experience at Graff of Okemos, I decided to look at other Chevy dealers in the Lansing area. This is my first time buying a car and Tobbie Lansdell has been the biggest help in answering all of my questions (I have a LOT of them) and has been the most patient and helpful person in explaining everything to me. Not once was he ever pushy or made me feel pressured in any way, shape, or form. He even was willing to stay after closing time on a Friday to ensure I had a proper test drive and walked through the vehicle features with me (I never had a car newer than 2011 and had no idea how any of the features worked). This spoke volumes since I do not live in the area and even after I told him I could come back another Friday, he made sure I felt taken care of and knew what I was going to get for buying the Trax I had my eye on. Even after I signed all the papers and paid the deposit, he reached out to me and asked if I was enjoying my new car and took the time to answer all of my questions then too. I cannot recommend Shaheen or Tobbie enough and will 100% be coming back for future purchases!

My car was in for repair/a new engine. The service department did not submit the claim for three days according to Zurich our warranty company. Communication was extremely poor. I was not kept informed of the status of the repair. It took them four weeks to complete. I understand the lag time in getting parts, etc. added to the time frame. My advisor, Matthew Mile's was pleasant but not dependable when he promised to call me. In that, I'm very disappointed. All other employees who took my calls were pleasant. This was our seventh vehicle purchased at this dealership. At this point we have not decided if we will purchase from this dealership in the future. My car runs great and I hope it continues to do so. I feel this advisor needs additional training in communicating with customers and how to follow through. Finally, a very disappointed customer.

We went to Shaheen Chevrolet to look at Silverado 2500 trucks. There are other dealers closer but the selection at Shaheen was much better. We explained what features we wanted and there were 2 options on the lot. The salesman Robert Lucas was very professional, and did not pressure us at all in making our decision. We were trading in a truck and he offered us more then the Kelly Bluebook value. There was 1 option the truck we wanted was missing, but Robert was able to offer that option at a greatly reduced cost (dealer installed). The option was installed when we picked up the truck. This was out first purchase at Shaheen, but will likely not be our last. If you want a professional low pressure experience in buying a vehicle, Shaeen Chevrolet is the place to go!

I came to Chris and he tried everything to keep my payment where I needed it. It seemed like it just wasn’t going to work out, but yesterday Chris contacted me and asked me to come in and test drive a new truck and he was going to work on the numbers for me. I go in and test drive a 2024 Colorado and loved it. Chris had the price for me and I was amazed it was within my price range. We moved forward with the deal.
