The gentleman that I worked with was very good. They did good work. The only problem was getting inside the bay. I have been here many times. I made an appointment for 8:00AM (first time making an appointment for oil change there) pulled up to the appointment lane and there were two cars in the bays and 4 cars lined up outside. I was then shuffled to another bay that had cars waiting. Car oil change didn’t get started until almost 8:30. The appointment was made to save time.

Great job communicating and very fast for my transmission replacement. However, they do charge a 3% fee for credit card use which I didn’t know about and I find to be ridiculous. I’ll definitely pay with a check next time. I don’t understand why businesses are doing this now when they’ve always “hidden” the fee before. It’s got to be more expensive to deal with cash and chasing bad checks. Four out of five stars!

Repair took over the weekend due to parts availability - had to call to check and asked about options - were to check into available loaner but never called back - had to call noon on Monday to find out status.

The service advisor was friendly. My car was fixed within one business day. The text app feature for updates did not work well. I couldn’t get a response when I replied to the text. The only negative about the service was I also had the oil changed and there were specific instructions that the psi was to be left as is on my tires and the oil change techs did not pay attention to that note and my psi was changed. Also, the filters needed to be changed, I approved those via the text app and they were not changed. I was happy with the service I received.

Oil change went well. Really attentive & professional young man did the work. Add on for mobile 1 oil was a bit pricey. Found out after, they let you bring in some things like your own filter to save$. Maybe your own mobile1 oil? Not sure. Took an hour. Overall good experience. Waiting room is nice. Free car wash after is a nice perk.

Shaheen Service was good about my time constraints and needing to get home and later being picked up to return to dealership. Their courtesy driver was great. The actual service I need couldn't be done because of parts not in stock. They promised to keep me posted and we will get my car serviced when the parts are in. I hope it isn't too long.

It was a very nice experience. The sales consultant, Ken Vanderford, was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. He worked with me to help me find the vehicle I was looking for. I highly recommend Ken to anyone looking for a vehicle. The only thing I did not like was the 9.09% finance interest rate. I thought the finance manager would work with me to find the lowest interest rate possible like other dealers do.

First I want to say the employees of Shaheen are great people to work with. Dylan Sells is a great salesperson who went out of his way to help us out . His sales manager Tad and finance manager Ryan were great also. The only complaint we had with the whole process was what the definition of fixed is. There was a chip in the windshield that we were advised would be fixed. We thought that meant the crack in the glass would be gone. The fix was to put resin on the chip and leave the “legs” in the windshield. While it can not be seen from the outside of the car it can definitely be seen from the inside. I recommend the sales people we dealt with and I also recommend if you need something fixed you verify what their definition of fixed is.

Had a great time working with Dave Hanna. The used car market has been tight and no other dealerships were able to negotiate. However, when I told Dave my price he was willing to actually have a discussion. On principal alone I decided to make my purchase here. Go see the used car guys. They are great. As with all dealerships, they try to sell you on the warranty. Not a huge fan of that and they did suggest I put it on a credit card. Dave Ramsey would be disappointed. No need to go into debt out of fear. However, that’s their job. So I understand. Overall, someone should give Dave (and Matt his manager) recognition for the great work they did. Thanks guys!

They did a very good job repairing the damage my nephew did to my car.. but the panel issues not being flush was a problem, also other parts were used other than the original OEM parts..

My wife had a 1:00pm appointment to have your tires changed out and a oil change it was after 3:00pm and they had still not gotten the car done three people were sitting around looking at a Corvette and one person was doing the work on my wife's car so much for making an appointment. They did not charger her for the tires being changed to make up for it
