Derrick was great and quickly got me the information I needed to make a decision. He is the main reason I ended up going with Shaheen and the Equinox. In fact, he responded to my emails faster and with more detailed information than the salespeople from any of the other brands I was interested in (Subaru, Mazda, and Volkswagen) so when I came in to the dealership to look at the car I already felt a connection to the dealership.
