The service advisor was friendly. My car was fixed within one business day. The text app feature for updates did not work well. I couldn’t get a response when I replied to the text. The only negative about the service was I also had the oil changed and there were specific instructions that the psi was to be left as is on my tires and the oil change techs did not pay attention to that note and my psi was changed. Also, the filters needed to be changed, I approved those via the text app and they were not changed. I was happy with the service I received.

I would like to leave a review for Adam Ebrite in the service department. He is very polite, honest, and friendly. His professionalism made me feel welcome, comfortable, and truly valued, like I was at home and part of the family. Adam is excellent at explaining everything clearly and communicating in a timely manner throughout the process. I am very satisfied with him and his service. We drove over 6 hours from Kentucky to Michigan to purchase a car from Christopher Pauline at Shaheen Chevrolet. He was upfront, honest and great to work with! There was no pressure and he made the process easy! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and taken of! Ryan made sure the paperwork was a breeze and was a blast to chat with! I have been taking my 2007 Saturn Vue to Shaheen for service for many years and was very satisfied. Because of my great experience with Shaheen's service department, Shaheen was my first choice when I started looking for a new vehicle. I did some research online and had my choices narrowed down when I went in to talk with the sales department. Shane was very helpful in answering all the questions I still had. I appreciated that he was responsive and not pushy. The whole experience was a lot easier and more enjoyable than I had expected.
