They were nice enough, but it was like pulling teeth to get any information. Vague answers to questions and taking over two days to fix my vehicle without letting me know when I agreed to the work is unacceptable. Also, now my truck vibrates at higher speeds which it did not do before. I will hire someone else to fix that......UPDATE: I contacted this John Feister by email and text a week ago with no response.

Pretty disappointed with the staff and their communication (besides the women in the waiting room at the desk, she was wonderful). I had an appointment for 3 o’clock, they left me sitting in my car for about 30 minutes without addressing me or letting me know how long my wait would for my APPOINTMENT. After getting out of my car and coming inside despite the signs asking to “remain in your vehicle” to find out what was going on they then took my car around back and rushed my service because they could see how upset I was.

It’s a shame I have to leave this review, but I would be doing a disservice to others if I did not. My Service manager Payton did a phenomenal job. She did the best that she could, and I don’t blame her for this that being said I brought my Chevy Cruz into the dealership to have the sunroof inspected because it was leaking. They then proceeded to tell me that it’s the window that is leaking. Last time I checked, water cannot go through glass. They tried to tell me that I needed a $2500 window LOL. A seal AROUND the sunroof OK maybe but not a window. I quickly abandoned that cause or rather having them troubleshoot it I should say The other thing that I brought the vehicle in for is a parasitic draw I know, for a fact that other people have similar set ups as to what I have. And they do not have problems. I have a edge CTS monitor Dash camera and a phone charger My particular vehicle the Chevy Cruz diesel has a fuse cover on top of the battery They then tried to tell me that this was the cause and why I was getting a battery drain, I will take some blame in not telling them that I know that this needs to be replaced. I had temporary jumpers to bypass the fuse block just so I can actually use the car until the fuse. Top arrives in the mail. That being said the focus is then shifted. I said test everything. With everything in the car plugged in and then do it not plugged in they as requested did the test and found I had a Parasitic draw, kind of like the Jews LOL. All jokes aside it tested for about 3V Which does constitute a parasitic draw I will concede On the parasitic draw aspect, but you’re gonna sit there and tell me that a sunroof needs to be replaced because water is going through Hard glass that is not broken or cracked? Cmon man …no The whole reason I even decided to come here is because I had positive experiences with them in the past

I took my car in to get fixed the fixing part was great runs great now. The problem lies in that 1 it took 2 weeks to get an estimate. And 2 when I picked it up there was a crack in my windshield. I immediately called my service provider dale to let him know. I went to voice mail and I left a message I never heard back from him. On 11/7 I sent an email and never got a response to my email about the same problem. I even tried their online chat as well and was told someone would reach out but never did. I have continued to call and no answer or call back. I gave more than 1 star bc the problem I had and the reason I took it in was fixed.

Well I guess it wouldn't waste much time with this dealer especially on their commercial vehicle and of sales called talk to someone never really got numbers on the price of a new 25-3500 Express cutaway I even WENT to the dealer this last weekend on Saturday and I live well over an hour away the guy was busy I get it I told the other salesperson I need some numbers I wanted to buy I guess car sales are up so far you don't need more sales good luck

We had our vehicles serviced in November 2024 due to window controls not functioning properly. We were told that the buttons were replaced. 1 week after the repairs, the rear drivers side control stopped working. We were unable to get the vehicle back in for service until the recent visit and received a quote to replace the switch which from our understanding was already replaced. We have 2 non-working window controls that should have been replaced the first time we brought the vehicle in

I recently purchased a brand-new Chevrolet Traverse Z71 from Shaheen Chevrolet. Unfortunately, my initial experience was less than ideal, as I felt ignored by the sales staff during my first visit. When I returned to take possession of the vehicle, I noticed a scratch on the front bumper that had not been there during my test drive the previous day. Jeff, a sales manager, incorrectly stated that the scratch came from the manufacturer. That said, Taegan Hoffman was the saving grace of the entire experience. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine dedication to customer service were outstanding. Taegan made me feel valued and supported throughout the process. Moving forward, I hope Shaheen Chevrolet takes steps to ensure that all staff are trained to respect every customer who walks through the door—regardless of appearance or assumptions. Every customer should feel welcomed, not judged, and as though they are the only customer in the showroom. Creating a consistently inclusive and attentive experience will only strengthen Shaheen’s reputation and customer relationships. If you're in the market for a new vehicle from Shaheen, I highly recommend working with Taegan—he truly goes above and beyond.

2 stars only because of the amount of clean nice used vehicles they have on the lot. Roger Hicks was nice and decent throughout the process until he heard we had our own financing and declined the offer to have the dealership do it. Hardly any words were spoken after this doing paper work, then came the time to discuss the agreement on the price of the vehicle. As most do I tried to negotiate a price that I felt was right for me and also them. He immediately got the sales manager Mike Herhold and after their discussions Mike became very hostile and aggressive about the situation and instead of working with me, he just deducted the add ons that they put on with out even asking me and not the price of the vehicle. I negotiated more. Mike Herhold then looked my wife in the eyes 6-8 inches away ( mind you I was purchasing the vehicle) and asked “ ARE YOU MAD AT YOUR MONEY?!” Luckily for them I loved the truck I was looking at and purchased it. If it had not been that truck I would’ve walked the second he said that to my wife. Way below the professionalism standard that I have been given while working with other businesses and dealerships. If that’s the way the top of the chain operates i can see why Roger has very little to no people/sales skills. Be aware and if youre directed to those individuals I would recommend asking for another sales member to increase your opportunity for a great experience.

My car was in for repair/a new engine. The service department did not submit the claim for three days according to Zurich our warranty company. Communication was extremely poor. I was not kept informed of the status of the repair. It took them four weeks to complete. I understand the lag time in getting parts, etc. added to the time frame. My advisor, Matthew Mile's was pleasant but not dependable when he promised to call me. In that, I'm very disappointed. All other employees who took my calls were pleasant. This was our seventh vehicle purchased at this dealership. At this point we have not decided if we will purchase from this dealership in the future. My car runs great and I hope it continues to do so. I feel this advisor needs additional training in communicating with customers and how to follow through. Finally, a very disappointed customer.
