My wife Lori and I had a great experience when purchasing our new vehicle. Our salesman Zack Fouts was friendly and informative, but not pushy. We purchased two vehicles this past summer, one from Shaheen Chevrolet and one from another dealership. We wanted to get both from Shaheen, but the other place wouldn't dealer trade the vehicle. The difference between the two was night and day. Shaheen's sales and service have been great. I can't say that for the other dealership. Thanks to all at Shaheen for everything. Mark Krieger

We had an outstanding experience working with Rueben. From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, taking time to answer all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He clearly knew the vehicle we came to see (equinox ev) and explained everything with patience and clarity. What really stood out was the friendly and low-pressure approach. We never felt pushed into anything. Instead, he guided us through the process and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our choices. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable.

Great job communicating and very fast for my transmission replacement. However, they do charge a 3% fee for credit card use which I didn’t know about and I find to be ridiculous. I’ll definitely pay with a check next time. I don’t understand why businesses are doing this now when they’ve always “hidden” the fee before. It’s got to be more expensive to deal with cash and chasing bad checks. Four out of five stars!

Our first time buying a vehicle from any dealer was here. They basically sold us a lemon. 3 months in it had coolant and engine overheating and oil leaks. 3 out of 4 tires all had patches in them and 1 tire had 3 patches in that one. I was trying to see if they would negotiate the buying price even just 5$ lower and I was rudely told if he took 5$ off he would be out of business. Proceeded to buy it anyway. Vehicle ended up getting in a wreck. We even had gap insurance for it but Shaheen or gap insurance wasn't paying their due of any of it. It went out for over a year and some how we still owe on gap insurance to this day because their end isn't pushing through or whatever it needs to be done. I do not recommend buying here.
