I have been taking my 2007 Saturn Vue to Shaheen for service for many years and was very satisfied. Because of my great experience with Shaheen's service department, Shaheen was my first choice when I started looking for a new vehicle. Easy to bring the vehicle in and the extras like the wash were excellent. Just fyi the gentleman who operates the wash gave our car extra attention, he is a very valuable employee…. It took 4 weeks to get my car back. 2 weeks was because of the Insurance and the other 2 weeks was Shaheen getting all my parts that I needed, to paint it, and to clean it up to look nice. I am over all happy to have my car back but also happy how much work they put in to it and to make it look like the deer never hit my car. I had no doubt they wouldn't do a good job. I trust Shaheen Employees. It's a good company and good people to work with.

First I want to say the employees of Shaheen are great people to work with. Dylan Sells is a great salesperson who went out of his way to help us out . His sales manager Tad and finance manager Ryan were great also. The only complaint we had with the whole process was what the definition of fixed is. There was a chip in the windshield that we were advised would be fixed. We thought that meant the crack in the glass would be gone. The fix was to put resin on the chip and leave the “legs” in the windshield. While it can not be seen from the outside of the car it can definitely be seen from the inside. I recommend the sales people we dealt with and I also recommend if you need something fixed you verify what their definition of fixed is.

He communicated with me every step of the way answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. If I had any issues they made things right. Gary Kelly and the team at Shaheen were outstanding. We had been looking for a vehicle for three weeks, and finally found the one we were looking for at Shaheen, which is about 75 miles away from our home. Gary bent over backwards to accommodate our busy schedule. He communicated with us promptly and clearly throughout the process. When we finally made it to the dealership, he had pulled the car into a showroom so we could look at it out of the dark, cold and rain. The facility is top notch, and everyone we interacted with was so helpful and efficient. It look less than two hours to inspect the vehicle, take it for a test drive, complete all the paperwork, and drive away. Gary even removed all the stickers, made us a nice temporary plate, and filled the vehicle with gas before we left. If you're in the Lansing area or willing to drive there, I highly recommend Shaheen for your next vehicle.
