I have been taking my 2007 Saturn Vue to Shaheen for service for many years and was very satisfied. Because of my great experience with Shaheen's service department, Shaheen was my first choice when I started looking for a new vehicle. I did some research online and had my choices narrowed down when I went in to talk with the sales department. Shane was very helpful in answering all the questions I still had. I appreciated that he was responsive and not pushy. The whole experience was a lot easier and more enjoyable than I had expected.

Highly recommend Jordan Schmaltz at Shaheen Chevrolet! My wife and I drove an hour out of our way to buy a used car from Jordan, and he made the entire trip worth it. Emily Shaffer was very affable and helpful. I purchased a previously owned Equinox from her establishment. She was attentive and addressed my questions and my concerns, and I never felt pressured whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I experienced an issue with my vehicle, which my right-hand mirror inexplicably became loose, while in transit to work. I quickly called Emily and explained my plight, and she advised me what to do next. She stayed in contact with me during the process of ascertaining a solution, and in a short amount of time, my dilemma was resolved. I just purchased a used truck and John was great to deal with. Never felt pushy and let me walk away to chew on it for a bit without showing any frustrations. And after I made up my mind he went through hoops to accommodate me. Ryan in the finance department was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with and had a huge part in my decision to purchase the truck. Overall I couldn't be happier and now have one badass truck. I typically buy privately because of the feel I get from dealerships. This place never gave me the sales pitch feeling and they went over and above to accommodate me. John was even able to work in getting non stock size tires in a day. Had it ready when for when I signed the deal. I'll drive all the way out there in 10 years for my next one.
