It took 4 weeks to get my car back. 2 weeks was because of the Insurance and the other 2 weeks was Shaheen getting all my parts that I needed, to paint it, and to clean it up to look nice. I am over all happy to have my car back but also happy how much work they put in to it and to make it look like the deer never hit my car. I had no doubt they wouldn't do a good job. I trust Shaheen Employees. It's a good company and good people to work with.

Worst service department I've ever experienced. Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and MPV inspection. Expected a $39.95 bill and was told it would take less than an hour. Got a text telling me I needed a $130 wheel alignment. No one called and explained why or how long it would take, just a text. Reluctantly I approved the alignment. Very poor communication between the service area and oil/tire group. After waiting 45 minutes after alignment was completed I still didn't have my vehicle. When I checked again to see why the delay (I had to make several trips between the two service areas) I found out they were doing a software update for a recall. No one asked if I wanted this done $170 and two and a half hours later I got my vehicle. This is the third time I've had an issue with them. Will be taking my Equinox to another GM dealer for all future maintenance.

Derrick was great and quickly got me the information I needed to make a decision. He is the main reason I ended up going with Shaheen and the Equinox. In fact, he responded to my emails faster and with more detailed information than the salespeople from any of the other brands I was interested in (Subaru, Mazda, and Volkswagen) so when I came in to the dealership to look at the car I already felt a connection to the dealership. Once I decided on the car and we began the process of final negotiations and signing the whole team was great,

I just bought a Traverse from Jake here and I have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had ! To start, Troy one of the managers was fabulous. I was with my 81 year old father and he was all about my dad’s humor. All of the staff made you feel very welcomed and they all seemed to love working there. And that’s says a lot. Jake and Troy went above and beyond to help me find a car after I hit a deer and totaled mine. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in need of a vehicle.
