I first found the Shaheen of Lansing Dealership by searching for a new car online. I am from the Grand Blanc area and after seeing their listing for one of their cars, I decided to call make a trip out there. It was, by far, the best decision! Their customer service was unlike any other dealership I've ever been to. From the moment I showed up they made me feel like a priority and had the car up front and ready for me to look at/ test drive. I worked with Roger who went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. On the financial side, I worked with Trae who was so kind and definitely had my best interest in mind when qualifying me for loans. They were able to answer all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my decision. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership to anyone. It was well worth the drive and I look forward to doing business again in the future with these great people!

Chris Hazelton was my first salesman and he sent me over to the new car salesman Brett Hogle, the vehicle I built on the GM website before it was even available back in 2019 had somehow been ordered and was on its way to the dealership. I was ecstatic, after having a horrible car accident with my first brand new 21 trailblazer(which was all black and not really what I wanted but at the time there was nothing available), I ended up being able to get exactly what I wanted. Thanks to these two amazing guys. Chris W the finance guy was great too. I would recommend Shaheen.
