Last night I had the pleasure to meet and work with the Shaheen Family in Lansing. I had been looking for a specific truck throughout the country. I found one on their website. Filled out Credit app. Chris Wilfong gave me a call and we worked through the process over the phone and through text. Upon arrival, Chris met me at the door. Introduced me to Sales-Manager, Tad Tuckerman and l was off for a test drive. When I got back, we went over paperwork with Mark and Tad. Headed back to financing with Jim Himebaugh. We joked, we laughed, swapped stories. Everyone was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The office was clean and organized. More importantly to me, the truck was super clean. I am always happy to work with my service guy at Shaheen Chevrolet. He has worked with me for years and I have done business with this same dealer and service dept for 10 plus years. I haven't always been the easiest customer to deal with so I can really appreciate that they have always remained professional and have helped to resolve and problems or concerns that I may have. They are straight forward, genuine, and good people to deal with! Shout out to Jonathon for being so cool and helpful!

I was very impressed with turnaround time for this particular job. I wasn't thrilled that it was something that had been repaired within the last 6 months. But my vehicle was ready the next day. I was very surprised and it made our vehicle situation much more manageable.
