From start to finish Richie took really great care of me. He listed to what I wanted and answered all of my questions, he was very respectful about my time and finances. He was extremely personable and made my car buying experience one for the books! I'm so happy I was referred to him, he made my car buying experience so easy and smooth. My kids have been showing livestock at the Ingham County Fair the last several years and Shaheen has been there supporting the kids as a buyer at the large animal auction each year. I decided to go here first when I started thinking about a new truck and it was a good experience. I didn't buy on my first trip in and I appreciated that they didn't pressure me to buy before I was ready.

Awesome service dropped the car off for new tires was told they had to order the tires and they would be in at 3pm and by 4:10pm i had a message stating my vehicle complete and ready for pick up highly recommend

I've leased multiple cars from Shaheen in the past and have always had a great experience. This year's was no different. Doug, my salesman, is a great guy. He's knowledgeable and helpful and tried to do as much of the paperwork before I actually picked up the car as possible. He was very patient and showed me all of the options that would impact my payment so I had the information I needed to make a decision. I ended up with exactly what I wanted and Doug made that happen. I look forward to working with him and Shaheen again in the future.

Logan Willbanks was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He made the entire car-buying process easy, stress-free, and honestly as positive as it could be given the circumstances. This was an especially difficult experience for me because I was trading in my late mother’s car shortly after her passing, and Logan was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and kind throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way.
