The items I was most appreciative of were: Keeping me informed of when the vehicle would be ready Taking care of everything that could be up front, minimizing the time spent at signing the deal. The vehicle prep was second to none, My SUV was immaculate in every way. Shaheen Chevrolet provides a very professional, relaxed atmosphere for car buyers.

I just purchased a used truck and John was great to deal with. Never felt pushy and let me walk away to chew on it for a bit without showing any frustrations. And after I made up my mind he went through hoops to accommodate me. Ryan in the finance department was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with and had a huge part in my decision to purchase the truck. Overall I couldn't be happier and now have one badass truck. I typically buy privately because of the feel I get from dealerships. This place never gave me the sales pitch feeling and they went over and above to accommodate me. John was even able to work in getting non stock size tires in a day. Had it ready when for when I signed the deal. I'll drive all the way out there in 10 years for my next one.

They were nice enough, but it was like pulling teeth to get any information. Vague answers to questions and taking over two days to fix my vehicle without letting me know when I agreed to the work is unacceptable. Also, now my truck vibrates at higher speeds which it did not do before. I will hire someone else to fix that......UPDATE: I contacted this John Feister by email and text a week ago with no response.
