My husband is retiring after 45 years of being a top~notch auto tech. So we decided to buy him a newer truck, but could not find any dealer to work to suit our needs. Then a waitress told us to go to Shaheen, we had already been to at least six car lots and didn't really get treated very well. Then came Roger Hicks, and Mike. We were treated better than fine Gold and they took excellent care of us beyond what we could take in. "Felt much Family Love there" Some of the nicest Men& Women in Michigan. My heart is still full and I could not quit smiling. Thanks Roger, Mike and sweet Nicole. I know God is smiling too for your kindness and concern for people. Got a beautiful truck too. 💕☀️

Bought my car this week after SEVERAL weeks trying various cars and NEVER felt any pressure just to buy. They handled everything with financing, and laid out all the warranty options so that I could make an informed decision. And again, no pressure to just buy. I'm so happy to have Shaheen be my new dealership! EDIT: Wait, what? You greased the door hinges, vacuumed my car, made sure my tire pressure was good, car wash AND I got a fresh carnation with my oil change?

Additionally, Chris from the finance side of things was so helpful in sharing all of my options and explaining having a lease to me, as it was my very first time. Our first time buying a vehicle from any dealer was here. They basically sold us a lemon. 3 months in it had coolant and engine overheating and oil leaks. 3 out of 4 tires all had patches in them and 1 tire had 3 patches in that one. I was trying to see if they would negotiate the buying price even just 5$ lower and I was rudely told if he took 5$ off he would be out of business. Proceeded to buy it anyway. Vehicle ended up getting in a wreck. We even had gap insurance for it but Shaheen or gap insurance wasn't paying their due of any of it. It went out for over a year and some how we still owe on gap insurance to this day because their end isn't pushing through or whatever it needs to be done. I do not recommend buying here.

Very happy with the experience I had. Great dealership with lots of vehicles to choose from. Employees are very friendly and always trying to help you find what you need. Roger was a great person with getting me in as soon as possible to see the vehicle. Very quick, efficient, and honest. Definitely recommend doing business with shahenn Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase.
