Easy to bring the vehicle in and the extras like the wash were excellent. Just fyi the gentleman who operates the wash gave our car extra attention, he is a very valuable employee…. I couldn’t believe that he even paid attention to our tires. Also, everyone in the oil change operation was friendly and paid attention to detail.

Aaron Carter was VERY patient with me on finding the right vehicle to fit my needs. After weeks of looking, I found my car, paperwork process was quick and I was on my way. I’ve now had my vehicle for almost 5 months and I have no complaints. Getting my first oil change at Shaheen Services, Erick and his team were very thorough and quick. I appreciate all the help the Shaheen team has been to me.

I was treated very poorly after asking if I could use my grandmothers coupon. Which , they could’ve said no I still had the money but then I was treated as if I was about to run off or something. I was asked to get out my car and pay. I’ve never had to do that and the lady never closed my hood until it was time to pull out. Idk what that was about but I didn’t appreciate that. I will not be back for anything.

Very easy experience. Called ahead, and walked in the same day to look at a car I thought I wanted. John was able to find a model that fit 95% of my wish list, and then provided options to make it 100% my dream car. Financing was smooth and easy. Sales tactics? Absolutely, but not pushy and very respectful. I am quite happy with the experience and I love my new Traverse!
