We had a car in the Shaheen Collision shop and decided to sell it when it was fixed. I live out of town, so wasn't able to do much in person. Erick Pardo visited the collision shop, evaluated the car, drove it when it was fixed, and gave me a solid offer over email and text. I drove up to Shaheen and Erick handed me a check that had been waiting for me. The whole transaction in person took about 3 minutes. A good experience for us, both with the collision shop and the pre-owned sales department. Highly recommended!

Never thought I'd say this but this has been the absolute best dealership experience ever. Period. Truly, this is the way of the future as far as dealerships are concerned, IMHO. Emily was so attentive, prompt, called me right away, and also patient, she knew exactly when to be. A real professional in the way salespeople should be, like she had it down to a science, or it just came naturally to her, either way I am fortunate to have worked with her. Got me a phenomenal deal on a brand new 2024 Equinox that is a beautiful color, and with so many features. Didn't have to play any games, as she came to the table with a great deal and even Chris the manager fast-tracked everything. There were no gimmicks, no frills. And they went above and beyond to make this happen for me. From the time we started talking I was driving home in my brand new Chevy THAT DAY. In spite of the short turnaround time, and working with me to get the deal done, so I would be able to get to work the next day and not rely on...alternative transportation (not proud to say). I didn't even have to step foot in the showroom, and distance be damned, as I lived an hour away but Emily and the crew moved heaven and earth to get the car to me in spite of the lateness in the day. This was really special for me as it was my first ever lease (and first new car as well) and they understood that and made it feel that way for me from beginning to end. Don't think twice, just go here to get your awesome deal. They work super hard for you. Let your money do the talking. This is the kind of business we should be supporting to reward exceptional customer service and ethical / professional business practices. I'll be coming back after this lease is up. I bought a Jeep from them about two months ago and have experienced nothing but problems ever since. I should have known it was a red flag when they let me drive off the lot with the tire light still on. The salesman had an excuse for everything. He said the one tire was a little low but he put air in the tire and it may take 200,000 miles of driving for the light to go off. I’ve had my jeep for about two months and I’m not even able to drive it. My jeep makes it a couple blocks before overheating. I called the service center since I bought a warranty with the car and they weren’t able to get me in for a week. Upon taking it to the service center they give me a laundry list of things wrong with the jeep after having the jeep for two days. They gentlemen called from the service center because he never receive my signature I sent hours early. The man on the phone informed me it will probably be another week before I get my jeep back and none of it is covered under my warranty. Idk what kind of warranty they sold me since I’ve had the jeep for not even 60 days before it became unable to drive. By the time I get my jeep back I will have had it for less than 3 months unable to drive it for almost a full month and have to put over 3k into it. What kind of dealership let someone drive off the lot with lights on their dashboard on? He assured me everything was fine because the service department looked at it. The same service department not even two months later say there is something wrong with it, over 3k wrong with me. How does the car go from nothing wrong to a laundry list that’s not covered under warranty and is marked as unsafe to drive.

My Sales Associate Sam Eddy was very personable, helpful, and patient with me as I expressed my preferences, and desires as far as safety features and colors were concerned. He helped me pair my phone with the car's features, and was patient with me as we navigated through purchase decisions.Mr. Bonotto was helpful in explaining various options the dealership offered in order to protect my car from the expenses that may happen when the car is damaged. All in all, I found Shaheen Chevrolet to be a dealership that seeks to provide excellent service to its customers! I love my car, and the services provided to me during this leasing experience!

I recently bought a used car from them and I have nothing but great things to say. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out everyone was so polite, attentive, Jake our salesmen did everything he could to get us our car (and not in a pushy salesmen way) he genuinely cared about our situation and getting us what we wanted. And as a coffee lover and mom of 3 kids I can appreciate the latte/hot chocolate machine and the care and attention my children were given. It was a 2 day process for us (no fault of Jake's or the dealership) and it never felt rushed, hurried, and I dare say it was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a car dealer even in those 2 days. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're in the market PLEASE go to them! They are amazing.

Keith Walters is the person you should go to if you’re looking for a car. It’s uncommon to find honest salespeople but Keith is definitely an exception to that. I needed a new vehicle 5 years ago and fast and I was looking for something specific. He didn’t try to persuade me into a different vehicle, he got me exactly what I was looking for and the whole process was easy and thorough. I can tell he works really hard and some in the sales area could talk some lessons from him is work ethic, character and kindness. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership because I also bought cars in full. I recommended him to several who went and bought cars and had a similar experience that I did. He’s the one to call on if you need a vehicle.

I have worked with Chris Paulik twice now and could not have had a better experience. The first time was when selling a vehicle and then buying a new one from family, and then the second time when having to buy another new vehicle after my previous one was totaled in an accident. Chris was never pushy and truly and was especially thorough in making sure he got me into a very safe vehicle as this was a big concern following the car accident. I was especially put at ease when Chris assured me that he would not sell me a car that he wouldn't sell to his own mother. In listening to all of the other sales people in my time at Shaheen Chevrolet, I did not get the vibe that anyone there was pushy or simply trying to make a sale to meet numbers. Every person I interacted with at Shaheen was genuine and honest. While I hope I don't have to buy a new car again quite so soon, I would absolutely go to Shaheen again. Forget every preconceived notion you have of used car sales people(I absolutely thought all people working in used cars were shady but Shaheen absolutely changed my mind on that), everyone at Shaheen is far from that.

I just bought a Traverse from Jake here and I have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had ! To start, Troy one of the managers was fabulous. I was with my 81 year old father and he was all about my dad’s humor. All of the staff made you feel very welcomed and they all seemed to love working there. And that’s says a lot. Jake and Troy went above and beyond to help me find a car after I hit a deer and totaled mine. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in need of a vehicle.

I was treated very well. Anything I needed explained, was done so professionally and with great detail. I am very happy with your service. My one concern which has really bothered me since since Monday the 11th. I have wondered at the need to reduce the size of the engine from 2.0 cc displacement to 1.5 cc displacement. I can feel the difference in the acceleration. Still it is peppy and I am quite satisfied. The mpg is nice too. one 5hing

Went in recently for routine oil change and tire rotation. They discovered two screws in one tire and a hole in another one. They were able to fix both with no charge. I am writing this review as a conditional review so that I can act with some transparency. I am looking at purchasing a vehicle currently and went in for a test drive. I felt there was some pressure tactics used as I had to leave to go to work, but it was not anything to the point of disrespectful. I had a few concerns about the vehicle I test drove regarding open recalls. I received a message from them telling me the recalls were all taken care of - however this does not appear reflected on any of the sources that I can find online that would corroborate it - either the NHTSA website or the manufacturer site. UPDATE: Richie, the person who worked with me was incredibly transparent and patient with me. He acquired documentation confirming that the recalls were indeed handled, was patient with me as I sought to get out of the sales floor to do some thinking and breathing because I am a forever insecure person over large purchases - who isn't? I committed one of the biggest faux pas of my life and even sent a text message to coworkers asking them to call me with a work emergency because I was terrified of being trapped into a decision on the spot - BUT I accidentally texted it to my salesperson. Once again, Richie could have viewed me as disrespectful or dishonest, but he didn't. He was honest with me that I had sent it to him. He told me that it was ok, that he understood. Honestly, I think he passed this test with flying colors. Maybe it was disrespectful for me to act in this way, but I have had too many situations where I felt unable to leave politely in the past. In any case, I highly recommend working with Richie. He has understood at every moment what my priorities are and why I am looking to purchase the vehicle and has helped me get every offer I requested. He has been so good at it that it makes me wonder if I am asking for too little! Thanks to the patient folks at Shaheen.
