I first found the Shaheen of Lansing Dealership by searching for a new car online. I am from the Grand Blanc area and after seeing their listing for one of their cars, I decided to call make a trip out there. It was, by far, the best decision! Their customer service was unlike any other dealership I've ever been to. From the moment I showed up they made me feel like a priority and had the car up front and ready for me to look at/ test drive. I worked with Roger who went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. On the financial side, I worked with Trae who was so kind and definitely had my best interest in mind when qualifying me for loans. They were able to answer all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my decision. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership to anyone. It was well worth the drive and I look forward to doing business again in the future with these great people!

My husband and I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing. We found the SUV online and before driving 1 1/2 hours to the dealership, we confirmed with sales manager Tad Tuckerman, that the 2021 Blazer RS that we were interested in, was available and ready to purchase at an agreed price. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Tad, and then salesman Chris Wilfong, showed us the Blazer. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Chris took his time with us, answered all our questions and we never felt pressured. Once we made the decision to buy, the process went smoothly. There were other customers shopping that day, and all of them that we talked to, were very satisfied with their deals. At Shaheen Chevrolet, honesty, integrity and great customer service are their ultimate goals. This is the BEST PLACE to buy vehicles and we will be back for more in the future.

Bought my car this week after SEVERAL weeks trying various cars and NEVER felt any pressure just to buy. They handled everything with financing, and laid out all the warranty options so that I could make an informed decision. And again, no pressure to just buy. I'm so happy to have Shaheen be my new dealership! EDIT: Wait, what? You greased the door hinges, vacuumed my car, made sure my tire pressure was good, car wash AND I got a fresh carnation with my oil change?
