I recently bought a used car from them and I have nothing but great things to say. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out everyone was so polite, attentive, Jake our salesmen did everything he could to get us our car (and not in a pushy salesmen way) he genuinely cared about our situation and getting us what we wanted. And as a coffee lover and mom of 3 kids I can appreciate the latte/hot chocolate machine and the care and attention my children were given. It was a 2 day process for us (no fault of Jake's or the dealership) and it never felt rushed, hurried, and I dare say it was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a car dealer even in those 2 days. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're in the market PLEASE go to them! They are amazing.

I had a lease that was a couple months out from being done and I was ready to get into something new. The salesman I worked with at Shaheen, Ben Behnke, helped make this process easy for me. I didn't feel pressured and he was patient with me as I opted to check out other brands for comparison. I felt as though my business was truly appreciated when I made my decision to move forward with a Chevy. The dealership is very nice and everybody I came into contact with was very nice. I will definitely work with Shaheen again.

Keith Walters is the person you should go to if you’re looking for a car. It’s uncommon to find honest salespeople but Keith is definitely an exception to that. I needed a new vehicle 5 years ago and fast and I was looking for something specific. He didn’t try to persuade me into a different vehicle, he got me exactly what I was looking for and the whole process was easy and thorough. I can tell he works really hard and some in the sales area could talk some lessons from him is work ethic, character and kindness. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership because I also bought cars in full. I recommended him to several who went and bought cars and had a similar experience that I did. He’s the one to call on if you need a vehicle.

He was not only professional and knowledgable, but his communication every step of the way was incredible . He went above and beyond to make sure my truck was completely outfitted and ready when I arrived to take ownership. The employees at Shaheen work well together to make the buying process seamless and comfortable. Hands down best dealership anywhere!
