When I got out of my car, I was immediately greeted by Erick Pardo, which made me feel welcomed right away. He was extremely kind, professional, and never once rushed me through the process of finding the perfect car. There is just something about walking out to a new truck at the end of a long work day!!! My day was filled with meetings and testing new software at my work so it didn't leave me much time to pick up the truck.
