Emily, my salesperson, was very kind and personable. She was patient and answered questions I had. It was a pleasant buying experience. Only a couple of things to say about your dealership, in general. Someone did not make sure fluid levels were up, before my vehicle left the lot, so I had to come back to get topped off a couple days after my vehicle purchase. When I did come back, I was helped immediately and the service guys were very efficient and checked other things out as well. The day of my purchase, I was told that my 2nd key fob was not available to give to me. As soon as Emily has it in her possession, she offered to meet me to make sure I got it. So the things that were not ideal, were made right with me. I hope to continue to have great service at Shaheen, as I was pretty nervous as this was the biggest purchase I have made on a new vehicle! Thanks!

I had recently been in a bad car accident and fortunately I made it out safe but the car was a total loss. Looking for another vehicle after purchasing my vehicle less than two months before my accident as stressful. My husband and I have been searching for two days and the moment we met Zack Fouts changed my mood and anxiety. I just purchased a used truck and John was great to deal with. Never felt pushy and let me walk away to chew on it for a bit without showing any frustrations. And after I made up my mind he went through hoops to accommodate me. Ryan in the finance department was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with and had a huge part in my decision to purchase the truck. Overall I couldn't be happier and now have one badass truck. I typically buy privately because of the feel I get from dealerships. This place never gave me the sales pitch feeling and they went over and above to accommodate me. John was even able to work in getting non stock size tires in a day. Had it ready when for when I signed the deal. I'll drive all the way out there in 10 years for my next one.

My husband and I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing. We found the SUV online and before driving 1 1/2 hours to the dealership, we confirmed with sales manager Tad Tuckerman, that the 2021 Blazer RS that we were interested in, was available and ready to purchase at an agreed price. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Tad, and then salesman Chris Wilfong, showed us the Blazer. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Chris took his time with us, answered all our questions and we never felt pressured. Once we made the decision to buy, the process went smoothly. There were other customers shopping that day, and all of them that we talked to, were very satisfied with their deals. My cashier was great! She was very pleasant, personable, informative and helpful!! My paperwork indicates that I have a service advisor; however, he never identified himself, never "advised" me about my vehicle, didn't have me sign to authorize service to my vehicle....nothing! I signed authorizing service of vehicle with the cashier after the service was complete. An unidentified man did approach me when I was walking away from the cashier with an offer to purchase my vehicle...this was presented in an unprofessional manner. The only reason I scored this survey as high as I did was because I have had previous experience with Shaheen and MY CASHIER WAS PRETTY DARN AWESOME!!!!

In my 35 years of picking up fleet vehicles at a dealership I have never had such a great experience before! Sam Eddy went above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction. The last vehicle we picked up at a Grand Rapids dealership was lost for over 7 months and when we picked it up there was no power steering fluid in the reservoir. This was the total opposite experience all due to Sam’s attention to detail and great communication skills, he actually gave me his cell phone number AND he answered, no other dealership has ever done this before.

Went in for an oil change on our perfectly good truck and left with a new truck...that's how AWESOME this dealership is. Our salesman, Rich, was more then helpful and spent a lot of time with us without even a sigh on a very busy Saturday. The manager, Tad, literally jumped through hoops to get us the perfect truck at the lowest price and spent a lot of time on us as well which is not usual at a dealership in my experience. Ryan in finance was more than helpful and worked out awesome deals for us on protection services for our new truck. I buy A LOT of vehicles and this by far was the best experience. I also love the fact that literally everything is available in one area; sales, service, oil change, and even car wash!!

I recently bought a 2023 Tahoe and dealt directly with Jack Van Pelt. He was very friendly and did not put any kind of pressure on me to buy the vehicle. I walked in around 3PM on a Friday and a half hour later I had a new vehicle. Everything went very smoothly and I picked it up Saturday at 10AM. I bought my Avalanche from Shaheen in 2002, and drove it for 263,000 miles until the wheels were about falling off. We stopped back in last weekend just to check out a used Silverado (2021). I wasn't really expecting to buy and was actually looking for something a little older. Tad and Ken made me an offer on it, which I had to think about. After checking with several people who have more experience buying vehicles than I do (it's been 20 years!) I understood this was probably the best bargain I was going to find. I was glad to be able to trade the Avalanche back in to where she came from, I love that truck and will miss it greatly. But I'm excited about the Silverado. The more I drive it the more I appreciate having something new. Shaheen has been good to me and it's nice to work with a local business.

The oil change place is awesome. However I would not recommend sales. When Ted was my salesperson he was great however since he left, the last time I came in to lease/buy my car, it was like no one wanted to help me Finley after 4 people I got dumped on Logan. He was nice to me. But I felt like the same old it’s a boys club and I am women-don’t help her and sell her things she doesn’t want!!!!!
