We always have a good experience when we have any interaction with Shaheen. We don't have to drive that far for regular maintenance like scheduled service or oil changes but we do it because it's comfortable for us there.

Oil change went well. Really attentive & professional young man did the work. Add on for mobile 1 oil was a bit pricey. Found out after, they let you bring in some things like your own filter to save$. Maybe your own mobile1 oil? Not sure. Took an hour. Overall good experience. Waiting room is nice. Free car wash after is a nice perk.
