Keith Walters is the person you should go to if you’re looking for a car. It’s uncommon to find honest salespeople but Keith is definitely an exception to that. I needed a new vehicle 5 years ago and fast and I was looking for something specific. He didn’t try to persuade me into a different vehicle, he got me exactly what I was looking for and the whole process was easy and thorough. I can tell he works really hard and some in the sales area could talk some lessons from him is work ethic, character and kindness. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership because I also bought cars in full. I recommended him to several who went and bought cars and had a similar experience that I did. He’s the one to call on if you need a vehicle.

Well I guess it wouldn't waste much time with this dealer especially on their commercial vehicle and of sales called talk to someone never really got numbers on the price of a new 25-3500 Express cutaway I even WENT to the dealer this last weekend on Saturday and I live well over an hour away the guy was busy I get it I told the other salesperson I need some numbers I wanted to buy I guess car sales are up so far you don't need more sales good luck

Bought a used car from Shaheen as a first car for my daughter. Erick was super helpful during all parts of the process - test drive, inspecting the car inside and out, paperwork, and all explanations. Ryan made the payment process super fast too. Ended up needing to take it back in a couple days as a bolt had come loose so there was something rattling. Erick connected me to Chase in the service department to get an appointment quick.

Great experience start to finish Tom Dys body shop manager went above and beyond to provide excellent service and great communication with progress of repair to our vehicle. Being a customer here for over 9 years, the customer service remains exceptional and that staff has always been, and continues to be, very helpful and sincere. Between Quick Lube and the Service Department, there was excellent communication and team work. They also went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was able to schedule the service appointment before I had to be to work, they provided me with a rental car, and called me with updates on the status of my car throughout the day. My car was finished by the time I was out of work. My three-year old daughter was the happiest though because she got to choose her own flower. Thanks again for everything you guys and girls did (and continue to do) for us! Your hard work and kindness does not go unnoticed.
