If it weren’t for Derrick Kopulos, my Shaheen experience would have been subpar. My husband and I accidentally went to the Cadillac building first where we were greeted by a salesperson who was not too eager to help us (we’re clearly not in the Cadillac price point). Thankfully, the receptionist was polite and pointed us to the Chevrolet building. Derrick greeted us with a huge smile and was more than happy to help us. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a vehicle and never pressured us to look at more expensive options. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease. He was eager to let us look at vehicles on the lot and test drive one, despite knowing that we were just beginning our search and still wanted to look at other manufacturers. He kept open communication with us via text throughout the process, and he was genuinely supportive and kind when we ultimately purchased a vehicle from another manufacturer. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I can’t recommend Derrick enough.

The service staff at Shaheen Chevrolet are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I delight in bringing my vehicle to Shaheen Chevrolet. Even though, I am no longer leasing from the dealership, as I bought an older model car out right, I return to the dealership for service, such as oil changes, etc. In my assessment, no other automotive business offers such great service that your dealership affords me. Came in to buy an older truck and had a great experience my contact person there was Roger super nice very knowledgeable we took the truck out for a test drive I was a little concerned about rust underneath it he said we'll go throw it on the hoist and take a look I mean who does that you don't get that from them little mom and pop sideshows these dealerships really are great picked up the truck today gassed up washed tires aired up and a little box of candies great service would recommend them everyday five stars.
