I purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax and had an absolutely great experience at Shaheen Chevrolet. Lenny Ezzo is a stand up guy and the best salesman on the lot. Not only did he make sure we got the exact car that I wanted, but he was patient in my decision making process which drew me to him instead of other dealerships that were very pushy. Matt Rubelman, Jack Van Pelt, Rob Lucas, Ann Bennett, and Nichole Krause were instrumental in helping me out with the sale as well and showed great care to my fiancee and I! The whole team at Shaheen is great, and the president Ralph made time to connect with me as well, before I drove off the lot. Great team and even better experience!

Updated Review: The team at Shaheen was responsive and exceedingly helpful in assisting us with the purchase of our new vehicle. We went in knowing what we needed/wanted, and Logan was able to deliver. This new vehicle has more features than our last purchase, so it was great that Logan was willing and able to sit and show us how everything worked. This is our second vehicle purchased from Logan at Shaheen, and it won't be the last. Original Review, October 2021: We were on the market for a new Traverse, and got to the point that we started cold calling dealerships to see if they had any on order that had not been sold. I left my information with Shaheen, and received a call back from Logan Willbanks that same day. Logan was great from start to finish, and even asked if I had a Costco membership so I could get additional discounts. When it came to financing they found us the best rate, and weren't too pushy with additional warranties, which was refreshing. This is our first time purchasing a vehicle from Logan and Shaheen, and it won't be the last. Highly recommend!

The purchase of this vehicle for my daughter was by far the smoothest I have ever experienced. Roger made the process so easy and was even willing to work with me mostly over text due to being out of town while needing to get a vehicle in a pretty short timeframe. Ryan was also fantastic with the financial part of the process and clearly explained all of the options and made sure that the end product was best for our situation. Called 1 week ahead to get my air conditioner looked at. Dropped car off at 730am. Called for update and received text back at 330 stating haven't looked at car will be tomorrow. So I scheduled appointment and my car sat there all day and didn't get looked at until sometime the next morning. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if the car isn't even going to be looked at until the next day. Had to work next day and no car to get me there. They didn't have any loaners. I will not be taking my car back to shaheens. Did not feel I received award winning service.

I hate car shopping. But Tyler and everyone at Shaheen made it the best experience yet. It was quick, sufficient, and easy. I messaged Tyler my budget and requirements. He sent me back a couple of cars that fit perfectly. I found one that I liked and then he started the paperwork before I ever set a foot at the dealership. He knew I didn't have a lot of time to spend, so he had everything ready for me. I arrived at the dealership, took a quick test drive and I loved the car more than I thought I would. The paperwork was a quick and easy process with Tyler and Chris from the billing department. I was in and out within an hour! I drove over 2 hours away to buy my car at Shaheen and I would do it again.

I had Shane a couple years ago for a lease, and he was absolutely wonderful. I came back for another lease and Shane had been promoted to a manager, deservingly so. He introduced me to Emily, who works on his team. Wow what a phenomenal young lady. She was super friendly and kind and very knowledgeable. We had a great rapport. She took care of me perfectly. They are both superb individuals to work with. I also liked Dave the financial guy and Matt. All of them were kind, professional and excellent to deal with and. And I have just what I wanted. I went to meet with my salesman Logan Willbanks and when I walked through the sales door I was greeted by a gentleman who made sure I was taken care of by someone and he asked if he could get us water or coffee which to me made me have the feeling that they really care about their customers. Logan was very knowledgeable and understanding about what I wanted and we got everything done very quickly. My vehicle is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Logan also helped explaining all the features inside the car and hooking my phone to the car for me which I thought was pretty neat. Logan in my eyes is a very good salesman who makes sure you are satisfied and understand everything about your new vehicle, if you have any questions after you leave he says to call him and he will help you out. I am very pleased with buying my new vehicle from Sheehan Chevrolet and would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been seeing Shaheen everywhere in EL and figured this was the spot to look at Chevys and their lot is HUGE. Came in wanting to check out the new 2024 Chevy Traxs. I was looking for an SUV that wasn’t so big like an equinox+ and was very budget friendly, but was worried this might be too cramped like a suburu crosstrek. There was only one demo on the lot as they were getting sold out the second the arrived. Rob was great and didn’t go through numbers, or financing etc before actually letting me look at the vehicle and test driving it. The car fit me like a glove! He was super relaxed and didn’t pressure you into buying anything or pressure you towards a certain vehicle, which I experienced at the previous dealership I was at in the area. Afterwards we went through the process of seeing what was available (with the colors and trim I liked) and when it was available and seeing if I needed to be on a waitlist. Rob went above and beyond seeing where the actual freight was and it showed instead of the vehicle just leaving GM that it was delivered that day, so I was able to forgo the $500 hold and get the car the next day! Rob even texted me pictures of the car when the car actually arrived from the pre inspection site! And when it was time to pick it up he showed me it first before doing paperwork and afterwards showed me all of the features/ where everything was on the car. So overall Definitely a great experience getting my first new car. Out with the 15+ year old cars and in with this new baby!

It was a very nice experience. The sales consultant, Ken Vanderford, was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. He worked with me to help me find the vehicle I was looking for. I highly recommend Ken to anyone looking for a vehicle. The only thing I did not like was the 9.09% finance interest rate. I thought the finance manager would work with me to find the lowest interest rate possible like other dealers do.

I ordered a Chevy Trax, to my liking, about six months ago; it was a long wait. Tyler kept me updated about the whereabouts of my new Trax, and along the way, he ensured I was doing what I needed to with my current lease. When my car reached Lansing, Tyler got me in the same day, walked me through the buying process, and eased my mind the entire way. The day my car was delivered to Lansing, I took ownership. Tyler helped make this day possible, helping me build the perfect vehicle from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with Tyler and his patience with me. When I got my car, we sat in it, and he went over everything with me; he was very knowledgeable about all my new car's gadgets. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Our first time buying a vehicle from any dealer was here. They basically sold us a lemon. 3 months in it had coolant and engine overheating and oil leaks. 3 out of 4 tires all had patches in them and 1 tire had 3 patches in that one. I was trying to see if they would negotiate the buying price even just 5$ lower and I was rudely told if he took 5$ off he would be out of business. Proceeded to buy it anyway. Vehicle ended up getting in a wreck. We even had gap insurance for it but Shaheen or gap insurance wasn't paying their due of any of it. It went out for over a year and some how we still owe on gap insurance to this day because their end isn't pushing through or whatever it needs to be done. I do not recommend buying here.

Call me crazy, I flew on a plane from Massachusetts to this dealership to look at a car. They had a 2010 mustang gt for sale that caught my wife’s eye. Keith the salesman was nice enough to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. The level of professionalism in this place was top notch! I liked the hospitality and welcoming they offered, while I was trying to make this purchase as fast as possible since I had a 13 hour ride home! Buying a used car can sometimes be a gamble especially on a 14 year old car. Being a car guy and owning mustangs over 20 years, I knew this was a car that was well taken care of. I made it home with no problems. At this moment the car sits in the garage receiving a few mods while we wait for spring. Could it have problems in the future? Anything is possible it’s a 14 year old car with no warranty! But we knew that when we bought it. I feel this dealership has a reputation to keep and at these difficult times would take all necessary precautions to ensure a customer is going to be happy. They have my respect and would get my business if I was closer and interested in purchasing a vehicle. I know not every sale is perfect, things happen, but that’s something you can’t control. Sometimes you need to take a chance, regardless to what this review or any others wrote. Thanks guys for making this a pleasant experience!!!

I would not recommend buying from here. We spent 20k on a vehicle from them. After driving it less than two months we take it in and there $3k worth of repairs and once the repair shop has the vehicle they call and say it’s going to be another $800 to fix because they can’t handle the job without destroying other pieces of my vehicle. These people are a scam. We have texted Ken who we bought the car from and he said he would get back never heard a response. The gentlemen at the auto shot recommend I call the manager. I left a message for the manager and have not heard back. This place has horrible customer service and horrible vehicles that have a laundry list of issues when you buy from them. I will never buy a car from them again or take it to their shop. They will sell you cars with vehicle maintenance lights on. Do not buy from here!!!!!!!

Bought a Equinox November 2020. The day I bought it driving home check engine light came on. Called and took it back. They changed the High pressure fuel pump. Few issues after that. But then September 2021 Engine blew. I then dealt with them again. They put a new engine in it. Well just let me tell you, I have had to replace fuel injector, high pressure, low pressure sensors, fuel rail sensors so many times I can't count anymore. Replaced PMC . We took to a mechanic tried having it diagnosed. Showed nothing. I paid 12,000 for this car and they made me pay another $2000 for my part of the motor. I am not rich. Just trying to make it.I feel they have completely taken advantage of me and sold me a piece of garbage. I have contacted GM customer service and filed a complaint. They told me to also contact Shaheen service manager. I called 3 days ago , left a message and still no return call.
