Never thought I'd say this but this has been the absolute best dealership experience ever. Period. Truly, this is the way of the future as far as dealerships are concerned, IMHO. Emily was so attentive, prompt, called me right away, and also patient, she knew exactly when to be. A real professional in the way salespeople should be, like she had it down to a science, or it just came naturally to her, either way I am fortunate to have worked with her. Got me a phenomenal deal on a brand new 2024 Equinox that is a beautiful color, and with so many features. Didn't have to play any games, as she came to the table with a great deal and even Chris the manager fast-tracked everything. There were no gimmicks, no frills. And they went above and beyond to make this happen for me. From the time we started talking I was driving home in my brand new Chevy THAT DAY. In spite of the short turnaround time, and working with me to get the deal done, so I would be able to get to work the next day and not rely on...alternative transportation (not proud to say). I didn't even have to step foot in the showroom, and distance be damned, as I lived an hour away but Emily and the crew moved heaven and earth to get the car to me in spite of the lateness in the day. This was really special for me as it was my first ever lease (and first new car as well) and they understood that and made it feel that way for me from beginning to end. Don't think twice, just go here to get your awesome deal. They work super hard for you. Let your money do the talking. This is the kind of business we should be supporting to reward exceptional customer service and ethical / professional business practices. I'll be coming back after this lease is up.
