Shaheen Chevrolet is by far the best dealership I have come across. I am from the metro Detroit area and my family and I have a dealership we always go to when we need to get a new car/services. I recently moved out to the East Lansing Area and the charging port on my EV Blazer broke. Unfortunately since I couldn’t charge my car I couldn’t go to my regular dealership. I ended up getting referred to shaheen and I am VERY happy I chose to come here. Cameron (Cam) and Jimmy, were so wonderful and kind. From now on when I need a new car or services I plan to come over here! They helped me move all my items out of the loaner vehicle into my vehicle and even charged my car for me fully. I had been searching for a particular car and model for about 4 months and came across a vehicle that fit my needs on Cars.com. It happened to be from Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing , Michigan while I was located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I sent the automated message on Cars.com requesting more information on this vehicle and received a phone call within 5 minutes. from the Used Car Manager. He stated that he would have one of their sales agents call me back which, again, happened in less than 5 minutes. The Agent was Christopher Paulik. Chris sent me a ton of information on the car and was very informative and helpful. when I decided that this was the car that fit our needs I had to start planning how to travel to Lansing to pick it up. I flew into Grand Rapids, Mi and Chris drove down to pick me up. It is a one hour drive each way and I very much appreciated that he would take the time and effort. The transaction was smooth and quick and everyone was very friendly. Chris was great at explaining all of the items and even helped me set up some features on the car. While i was finalizing the transaction with the Finance Manager, Chris fueled up the car so that it would be ready to go. He had also recommended the Zurich protection package which includes a ceramic layer. Everything was as had been advertised and I am very happy with this purchase.

My day was filled with meetings and testing new software at my work so it didn't leave me much time to pick up the truck. After my boyfriend had a terrible buying experience at Graff of Okemos, I decided to look at other Chevy dealers in the Lansing area. This is my first time buying a car and Tobbie Lansdell has been the biggest help in answering all of my questions (I have a LOT of them) and has been the most patient and helpful person in explaining everything to me. Not once was he ever pushy or made me feel pressured in any way, shape, or form. He even was willing to stay after closing time on a Friday to ensure I had a proper test drive and walked through the vehicle features with me (I never had a car newer than 2011 and had no idea how any of the features worked). This spoke volumes since I do not live in the area and even after I told him I could come back another Friday, he made sure I felt taken care of and knew what I was going to get for buying the Trax I had my eye on. Even after I signed all the papers and paid the deposit, he reached out to me and asked if I was enjoying my new car and took the time to answer all of my questions then too. I cannot recommend Shaheen or Tobbie enough and will 100% be coming back for future purchases!

Gary Kelly and the team at Shaheen were outstanding. We had been looking for a vehicle for three weeks, and finally found the one we were looking for at Shaheen, which is about 75 miles away from our home. Gary bent over backwards to accommodate our busy schedule. He communicated with us promptly and clearly throughout the process. When we finally made it to the dealership, he had pulled the car into a showroom so we could look at it out of the dark, cold and rain. The facility is top notch, and everyone we interacted with was so helpful and efficient. It look less than two hours to inspect the vehicle, take it for a test drive, complete all the paperwork, and drive away. Gary even removed all the stickers, made us a nice temporary plate, and filled the vehicle with gas before we left. If you're in the Lansing area or willing to drive there, I highly recommend Shaheen for your next vehicle.

I am from the Grand Blanc area and after seeing their listing for one of their cars, I decided to call make a trip out there. It was, by far, the best decision! Their customer service was unlike any other dealership I've ever been to. We've taken vehicles to Shaheen Chevrolet of Lansing for service for over 10 years. They've always treated us well, are competitive on pricing, and stand behind their work. We've had service done at a handful of other dealerships and Shaheen is consistently the best. Most recently, we opted to purchase from Shaheen. A manufacturer repurchase left us in need of a vehicle and Zach Brendahl delivered. He was friendly and down to earth. It never felt like a sale at any point during the process, rather someone just genuinely interested in our story and helping us out. Super low pressure and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Being able to text or email for quick things was a huge perk as well. Our expectations were exceeded in nearly every aspect. I received a free oil change, tire rotation and vehicle service after a very poor experience at Shaheen in Lansing. I just used my free certificate. This time I elected to stay in my vehicle so I could see what was done. I was told I need new tires(again). Now mind you I was told I needed new tire LAST time I was here, my tires were 6 weeks old at the time. So today my response to the gentleman that my tires are less than 6 months old. His reply was well they are Michelin and you drive a lot your tires measure at 5/32. He also told me I needed an alignment (which was also done 6 months ago). He showed me the report and I'm .001 off center line. That eventually I would notice my vehicle pulling. My wiper blades were all good, my horn works, my windshield condition is good, my cabin filter is good, and my oil life monitor was reset, and I was all set to go. I sat in my vehicle the entire time, he never inspected any of these and never reset my oil life monitor. This place is less than honest. Be very careful using their service department. On my way home I stopped and had the tread depth on my tires inspected at another shop and my tires are still brand new. Imagine that.

We live in the Lansing area and have three daughters, the youngest age 19 and a sophomore at MSU. Over the years, I've handled the first and second used-car buying exercise with each daughter. I'm also a long-time business owner, so I'm obviously very busy. For each daughter, we used the same process and approach: determine what they would like in a used vehicle, pair that with what we wanted them to have for practical purposes (four- or all-wheel drive for our winters, good safety/crash-test ratings, non-smoker) and set a budget we could afford when it came time to start looking. For the first two daughters, we never had much luck at Shaheen. This time, however, in June we found 2016 Equinox right in our price range. It was super clean, had just 17,000 miles, and checked all our other boxes. The salesman, Keith Walters, was terrific. About a month after buying the car, the A/C stopped working, followed a day or so later by the windshield wiper fluid system conking out. Unfortunately, the bumper-to-bumper warranty had expired about a month before our purchase. We took the car to Shaheen service, where I obviously expressed my strong disappointment with both issues cropping up so soon after purchase and warranty expiration. While the vehicle was being serviced, they put our daughter into a rental so she could get to work. And when the repairs were done, they stepped up and covered everything. We did not have to pay a penny. I've been a loyal Chevy and GM customer for decades. When it comes time for our next new car, I'll definitely give Shaheen a shot as they've earned it. Thanks Keith for being our advocate, and thanks Shaheen for standing behind what you sell.

I was blown away by the great service by Kevin! I was sure it would takes at least 2 days or more to drive home in my new truck... But it didn't!! I'm so happy and everyone was great!! I had a great experience working with Brooke at Shaheen Cadillac. I initially brought my XT5 in for repairs because my AC was not working, along with a few sensor issues. I know she is the service advisor and not the technician, but she made the whole process much easier. She kept me informed, explained what was going on, and worked with my extended warranty to help move everything along. I also brought my vehicle back a few days later for an oil change, and Brooke was just as helpful and professional then too.
