I was blown away by the great service by Kevin! I was sure it would takes at least 2 days or more to drive home in my new truck... But it didn't!! I'm so happy and everyone was great!! Very friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs!! I have already recommended Shaheen to a lot of my friends and I hope that they end up doing business with them and get the same great service that I got! Thanks for everything!!! There is just something about walking out to a new truck at the end of a long work day!!! My day was filled with meetings and testing new software at my work so it didn't leave me much time to pick up the truck. Christopher Paulik Came out and delivered it right to my normal parking spot!! Talk about amazing customer service!! You won't find dedication, commitment or tenacity like that anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and step into luxury level customer service and step into a quality pre-owned vehicle. I will never shop anywhere else! Shaheen Chevrolet of Lansing is the place you will find everything you are looking for in your next vehicle purchase and Chris is the salesman to go see!

Since most dealerships are consolidating, they know they no longer have to provide good service. Although itms been a while since I’ve been to Shaheen, I usually had good service at Shaheen though, especially with Margaret. She probably isn't there anymore.
