I’ve been buying GM products for over 40 years, and I can honestly say Jack is 'The Man.' My last car was a 2020 Equinox, and this time I upgraded to the 2026 Equinox EV. The leap in technology is absolutely incredible—from the massive 17.7-inch screen to the smooth electric drive, it feels like a total revolution compared to my last one. Just like last time, Jack was zero-pressure. Even when we were narrowing down exactly what we wanted, he was patient and found the perfect match. If you’re in Lansing and looking for a Chevy, go see Jack. This is the first I dealt with Shaheen and the experience was the best I have had. Richie was our salesman and he was amazing! As soon as we walking in we were greeted by other salesman that directed us to Richie. When you can walk into a car dealership and feel like family it just makes the car buying experience that much less stressful! No complaints from my wife and I! Zack Fouts was our sales associate and I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience for my daughter. He found her the perfect vehicle, got us in the right price range, and when I left my car running with the a/c on because my dogs were inside and ran out of gas, he walked around the campus until he found a gas can to fill so I didn't have to call a tow truck. If you're looking for truly kind and personal customer service from people who actually care about the job they're doing, this is the place! And while we worked with Zack primarily, the entire sales department was overwhelmingly kind and courteous.
