Reuben Martinez was awesome! He answered all my questions, was knowledgeable about the features in my new 2026 Chevy Traverse Z71 (which I absolutely love!), made sure that the couple of shallow scratches on the drivers side door were buffed out before I had the keys in my hand and he delivered it right to my front door! He made the purchase fun, zero stress, helped set up a service appointment to get my running boards installed and followed up with me to make sure I was all taken care of. I hope Reuben is around for my next vehicle purchase because he was awesome to work with! Kudos to David in finance for making that process seamless and to Johnathan in service for helping me use my GM rewards towards my running boards installation!
