I bought a new truck from Richie at Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing Michigan. I went to 7 Chevy dealerships looking for the exact truck. None of them would order me a truck the way I wanted it. After speaking with Richie, he was very helpful and order the truck exactly the way I wanted it. He was super easy to deal with and managed the build/order, purchase and delivery of the truck in a professional manner. A true professional. He had Lenny show me the operational aspect of the new vehicle.

Shaheen is the latest business to jump on the ... We love our customers. We value our customers. We would do anything for customer service. But we're going to pass on the 3% cost of credit cards to our customers. This to me and most people screams you don't care for customer service you don't care for customers I can remotely understand a small mom and pop restaurant passing this charge on to the customer because their profit margins and costs are so thin but but here you are with very High profit margins to begin with and you expect customers to come in with $2,000 in cash to pay for a service repair or get charged a 3% fee because you don't want to take a credit card. It's despicable and it's nickel and diming your customers. Do better Shaheen or at least walk your talk! PS the service workers in the repair shop were excellent is just the Management's poor decisions and policies that I'm frustrated with

Just leased a 2024 Equinox RS from John Rausch. He made the process quick and painless. He listened to what I wanted and got me to my desired price-point. Will be purchasing future vehicles through Shaheen. Great company.

I bought a vehicle at Shaheen a couple weeks ago - so my review is a little bit late. But honestly? Great experience. I walked in without an appointment on a really busy Saturday afternoon, but Jake was happy to chat with me about the compact SUVs I had my eye on. I tried a Chevy Trax, and it was good - but I tried a Buick Encore and it was BETTER. :) Jake and Tad answered any questions I had and treated me like an intelligent human - which wasn't the case in other car shopping I'd done elsewhere. By the following Monday I was driving home in my new (to me) Buick Encore. Thanks guys!
