This was my first time to have my Jeep service with Shaheen. I was a little concerned since I didn't buy my Jeep there. But my concerns were lifted once I drove into the service garage I was met right away with a smiling face as if I had been a customer for years. The communication was amazing!!! Thank you Shaheen service depart for making a great customer experience for me.

We had an outstanding experience working with Rueben. From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, taking time to answer all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He clearly knew the vehicle we came to see (equinox ev) and explained everything with patience and clarity. What really stood out was the friendly and low-pressure approach. We never felt pushed into anything. Instead, he guided us through the process and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our choices.
