I would not recommend buying from here. We spent 20k on a vehicle from them. After driving it less than two months we take it in and there $3k worth of repairs and once the repair shop has the vehicle they call and say it’s going to be another $800 to fix because they can’t handle the job without destroying other pieces of my vehicle. These people are a scam. We have texted Ken who we bought the car from and he said he would get back never heard a response. The gentlemen at the auto shot recommend I call the manager. I left a message for the manager and have not heard back. This place has horrible customer service and horrible vehicles that have a laundry list of issues when you buy from them. I will never buy a car from them again or take it to their shop. They will sell you cars with vehicle maintenance lights on. Do not buy from here!!!!!!!

Ben came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! He found me the truck I wanted and let me take it for a 24 hour test drive! He was not pushy and helped me make an informed decision. I will definitely buy from Shaheen again!

I recently bought a used car from them and I have nothing but great things to say. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out everyone was so polite, attentive, Jake our salesmen did everything he could to get us our car (and not in a pushy salesmen way) he genuinely cared about our situation and getting us what we wanted. And as a coffee lover and mom of 3 kids I can appreciate the latte/hot chocolate machine and the care and attention my children were given. It was a 2 day process for us (no fault of Jake's or the dealership) and it never felt rushed, hurried, and I dare say it was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a car dealer even in those 2 days. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're in the market PLEASE go to them! They are amazing.

Everyone I worked with at Shaheen was great and answered any questions I had or explained each step of the car buying process for me so I was not confused. I was purchasing my first new car and Shaheen offered an experience that eased any anxiety I had prior to coming in and purchasing a vehicle. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased and with the help I received from Reuben with finding a vehicle and getting everything figured out with my trade-in as well.
