From beginning to end, my experience with Shaheen Chevrolet was professional and seamless. Zack made the experience for this first time car owner a very positive one as he was friendly and accommodating throughout. He really went above and beyond, and I’ll be keeping Shaheen in mind the next time I or someone I know is in need of a vehicle!

Being a customer here for over 9 years, the customer service remains exceptional and that staff has always been, and continues to be, very helpful and sincere. Between Quick Lube and the Service Department, there was excellent communication and team work. They also went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was able to schedule the service appointment before I had to be to work, they provided me with a rental car, and called me with updates on the status of my car throughout the day. My car was finished by the time I was out of work. My three-year old daughter was the happiest though because she got to choose her own flower. Thanks again for everything you guys and girls did (and continue to do) for us! Your hard work and kindness does not go unnoticed.

Bought my car this week after SEVERAL weeks trying various cars and NEVER felt any pressure just to buy. They handled everything with financing, and laid out all the warranty options so that I could make an informed decision. And again, no pressure to just buy. I'm so happy to have Shaheen be my new dealership! EDIT: Wait, what? You greased the door hinges, vacuumed my car, made sure my tire pressure was good, car wash AND I got a fresh carnation with my oil change?

So we purchased a 2024 Tahoe spending the most we ever spent on a vehicle. We purchased the Zurich insurance with being told it covered everything inside and out. Three days after we bought it, I accidentally drove on white line paint. It got on the side of the paint, running board and both felt wheel wells. The road was not marked. I went to a body shop got a quote. Turned it into Zurich and was told it only covered paint. Went back to Shaheen and the used sales manager had me bring it in. Had a loaner for me to borrow. Had it for a week. I got called to pick it up. Get there, got paint off running board. Sales manager tells me he painted my felt wheel wells black. Mind you, this is without my consent. He also informed me that the black paint will eventually chip off. I am not a happy customer! I am furious. As my husband is too. This is an $80,000 vehicle. Would you want your felt wheel wells painted black without your consent? And now instead of doing the right thing and replacing the felt wheel wells he says we are black mailing him. What are we black mailing him about? We went there because we knew the salesman. Thought we were going to have a great experience and this is what it has come down to. We will never buy another vehicle from there AND we will NEVER recommend them to anyone ever!

Dealt w/ the Collision Center. Service writer Rebecca was awesome to work with. Communication was fantastic and the tech(s) who did the work were not only fast but everything looks like there was never a problem. I can't recommend the Shaheen Collision Center enough. Thank you!
